It's that time of year where we all need a little reminder to practice self love. Single, married, or somewhere in between, we all need a little L O V E!
Take some time this week to sit back, relax, and fall in love with yourself again. Here's a few tips on how to get started:
1. TAKE IT EASY

In the words of Marie Kondō, “Keep only those things that speak to your heart.” Getting rid of things we no longer need is refreshing and truly therapeutic!
3. PAMPER YOURSELF
Block out time to do the things that make you feel like the best version of yourself. Whether it's ten minutes or two hours, "me time" is essential. Take a bath, get a manicure, go to yoga, or treat yourself to your favorite dessert.
4. LEAVE YOURSELF A NOTE
Affirmations can turn your world right side up. Stick a note on your mirror, set your home screen to your favorite quote, or start a mood board.
5. EMBRACE YOUR “JOMO”
It's our new favorite phrase! Missing out is not always a bad thing. Take some time to disconnect and tune into your alone time.
