We offer online payments & accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Afterpay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate of 9%.

We will accept products that are less than half used within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Products returned after 15 days and before 21 days are not eligible for a refund and will receive store credit. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the US. We also offer easy returns for our international customers! You have 21 days from the ship date to have your return dropped off and scanned at a USPS location.

how can I track my return?

If you have a by/rosie jane account, you can track your return under the Orders and Returns section in your profile. It will show the return status updates along the way and confirm once received and processed.

what if my return is late?

Any returns dropped off at USPS after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

what if my order arrived damaged? 

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@byrosiejane.com. We will happily replace any damaged items purchased from our website. Damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

when will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

can I return a by/rosie jane product that I bought at another store?

We only accept returns on products purchased from our online store. Products purchased from other stores cannot be returned to us.

how do I return an order from within the US?

For our US customers, we provide a pre-paid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back. To create your return, please:

  1. Email us at orders@byrosiejane.com to initiate a return.
  2. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off at any USPS drop off location.

*Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

how do I return an order if I checked out as a guest?

To create your return, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Go to https://www.byrosiejane/orders/status or click on 'Order Lookup' at the bottom of the homepage. Make sure to note down your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup at USPS.

how do I return an order from outside the US?

We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. If you are sending back a return from outside the US, reach out to orders@byrosiejane.com with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will provide a prepaid return label. There is a $20 fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. 

In your return please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Tape the prepaid label on the mailer.
  3. Get the package to carrier on the label.

You can also choose to send your stuff back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
