We will accept returns within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be no more than 1/4 used. If you are returning a set, all the items in the set must be returned to receive a refund.  Note, the Fragrance Discovery Set is FINAL SALE. 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

We do not pay for return shipment costs.

how can I track my return?

If you have a by/rosie jane account, you can track your return under the Orders and Returns section in your profile. It will show the return status updates along the way and confirm once received and processed.

what if my return is late?

Any returns dropped off at USPS after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

what if my order arrived damaged? 

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at orders@byrosiejane.com. We will happily replace any damaged items purchased from our website. Damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

when will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

can I return a by/rosie jane product that I bought at another store?

We only accept returns on products purchased from our online store. Products purchased from other stores cannot be returned to us.
