Free Shipping is available on orders over $50 to addresses in the United States.
All orders have a processing period of 1-3 business days.

Once the fulfillment process has begun, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email provided when the order was placed. Make sure to check your spam mail.
    Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to be updated by the mail carrier.
    We partnered with Route for shipping protection. You may choose to select this during checkout. If you choose to not add package protection, By/ Rosie Jane is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

    Delays are expected and delivery times are not guaranteed. During this time, your order may not be scanned by mail carriers for several days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date.

    Please note, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before submitting your order. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be retrieved back from the mail carrier once it has departed our facility.
      If you have made a mistake on your shipping information after submitting your order, you must email us at orders@byrosiejane.com immediately to edit or cancel your order within two hours after placing it, no exceptions.

      received defective or wrong items?
      In the unlikely case of a defective item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at orders@byrosiejane.com within 7 days of receiving your order to correct the issue.
       
      stolen / lost packages
      We partnered with Route for shipping protection. It is automatically selected  during check out. If you choose to deselect package protection, by/ rosie jane is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.
