All orders have a processing period of 1-3 business days.

Once the fulfillment process has begun, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email provided when the order was placed. Make sure to check your spam mail.
    Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to be updated by the mail carrier.

    Due to safety precautions, delays are expected and delivery times are not guaranteed. During this time, your order may not be scanned by mail carriers for several days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date.

    Please note, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before submitting your order. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be retrieved back from the mail carrier once it has departed our facility.
      If you have made a mistake on your shipping information after submitting your order, you must email us at immediately to edit or cancel your order within two hours after placing it, no exceptions.


      Customers must ensure their country is currently accepting mail from the United States. By/Rosie Jane is not responsible for any orders denied by customs. Only a refund for the product will be offered. There will be no refund on shipping costs on packages denied by customs.
