    As a new fan of the Rosie fragrance I was very excited to receive the oil so I could layer. I’m so disappointed to report that the oil has little to no scent at ALL. My skin did feel very soft after applying. However, I can by OTC oil first much less $$. I will wait until warmer weather to try for scent layering with this. Perhaps I will have a different outcome. 😞
