Scent: The Leila Lou scent is lovely! It is a little bit sweeter than Rosie (my most favorite), but it isn't overpowering or cheap smelling. The perfect scent for summer!
Packaging: I like the rollerball style, especially for keeping in my bag. However, some of the roller balls are plastic and some are metal - I purchased the Leila Lou roller ball and the James roller ball in the same order and the Leila Lou was plastic and the James was metal. I think the plastic ball doesn't apply the oil as nicely as the metal ball, and I think that the scent is not as strong with the plastic as it is with the metal. I also had this when I purchased two of the Rosie roller ball, one was plastic and one was metal. I am not sure if they are updating from the metal to the plastic or if they are moving from the plastic to the metal.. it seems to be random as to which roller ball style you get.

Something is very different about the Leila Lou fragrance. This is the 3rd bottle that smells like a completely different perfume. Something is up with the formula. For the first time in years, I’m reconsidering. Sad, its a fragrance I’ve loved for years.

I wear Leila Lou for special events, but I find I have to constantly spritz myself to renew the scent over a short time because this particular scent just doesn’t last on me. The perfume oil changes everything. I still renew the fragrance, but not nearly as often because the oil lasts at least 4 times as long as the spray. I love it because now I can fully enjoy Leila Lou. Highly recommend.

I have Leila Lou in the spray but I’ve been wanting the perfume oil for its longer lasting scent and it doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been using Leila Lou since 2018 and it’s one of my fave signature scents. This perfume oil is perfect as it lasts all day even when you use just a little bit. I highly recommend!
