James Perfume Oil

This fragrance did not smell good on me. I wanted to exchange it for a different scent, and stay with this brand, after receiving ‘Missy’ in my allure box, and enjoying it, but was told had to return it and re order. Wouldn’t have been a problem had I not had to pay so much for the return label (no other choice for a return, apparently) that it wasn’t feasible to then re order something else and pay a 3rd delivery/return charge. Customer service was dreadful and I had to send 5 emails, an Instagram dm and a messenger message just to get the return label. By the time I got it a week later I just wanted to get the product in the mail and be done. The label cost $3 more than it would have been for me to mail it myself but I wasn’t given the option. I ended up buying an oil from a different clean fragrance brand and I won’t be revisiting by Rosie Jane.
