I received a sample of Missy perfume from the Allure Beauty Box and really liked it. So I ordered the sample perfume box and a gift certificate. The sample box is great because you can try all of the fragrances. I still like Missy the best. My complaint is about Customer Service. You cannot talk to a human. You have to communicate by email. One of the perfume sprays I ordered did not work. Customer Service is through email, so forget about making a call. I found it very frustrating in that customer service required a video of the spray bottle not spraying and provided no guidance about possible solutions, etc. It turned out that the sprayer was not assembled correctly, but my husband figured that out once he examined the bottle after I asked for help with a new video. I got no help from Customer Service other than repeat requests for a video, which I had trouble making short enough to send by email. Even if I had made a shorter video for Customer Service, it would not have proved anything other than the bottle wasn’t spraying. On the other hand, the company did provide me with a number of free full size samples, several with F*CK in the name and in glass bottles. If those features are not an issue for you (slippery when wet, trust me), the products were nice, but I would not reorder, especially with “F*CK” being visible.
